Sales Representatives -

We're not your typical beverage distributor. We're small, fiercely selective about the brands we partner with, and defiantly independent.  We aren't just looking for employees, but long-term partners.

Responsibilities

  • Work independently to develop and maintain effective customer relationships.

  • Identify opportunities to open new accounts and grow brands.

  • Successfully reach or exceed monthly sales goals.

  • Maintain a regular schedule of weekly appointments with accounts.

  • Conduct promotions in accounts on a regular basis.

  • Proper merchandising of accounts with point of sale (POS) advertising, including set up and organization of displays.

  • Effective accounts receivable collections.

  • Ensure that products are rotated and code policy followed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Marketing, Sales or Management strongly preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years sales or comparable beverage experience, preferably in the beer industry.

  • In depth knowledge of the beer and beverage industry and products.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Valid and clean driver’s license.

  • Ability and willingness to work independently.

Delivery Drivers-

We are currently looking for dedicated individuals to join our Delivery team! Warehouse is located in St. Charles, IL with delivery routes throughout the Chicagoland territory. CDL is not required, must be 21 to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to safely navigate a large van/ delivery truck.

  • Timely completion of delivery routes.

  • Collection of payment upon time of delivery and completion of daily delivery logs.

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Ability to work in a team environment with good communication skills with Sales Reps.

Requirements

  • Valid drivers’ license.

  • Safe driving record with no major violations.

  • Ability to load and unload cases and kegs of beverages up to 150+ lbs.
